Technical support. We shall be pleased to help you with implementing TreeGrid to your pages and answer your technical questions and also find out if your task can be done by TreeGrid and what is better way to do it. But before request for technical support, please read the documentation and examine the tutorials to reduce usage of technical support.

If you think you have found a bug, send this information to us. Please try to simulate it at online or downloadable examples or tutorials or prepare and send us simple independent example with all required external files included to let us simulate the bug. Also describe the procedure to invoke the bug and provide information about browser type and version in that the bug is raised. If the bug is related to some server script environment, please send us information about it too. Please always use valid email subject to avoid possibility to be deleted as SPAM. We usually answer till twelve hours on work day and one day on weekend, depends on time shift. Our time zone is +1 GMT (central European). In rare situation, if you will not get our answer in two days, please resend your email again, because we probably did not receive your message. Also in this case, please send it from another e-mail address, better on some freemail server, especially if you are from Japan or South Korea, because some companies have too strong anti-spam filter for English messages and our response could be deleted. | |
